Stories

I, the undersigned, grant EveryCampus, Campus Crusade for Christ, Inc. and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA (collectively, the “Ministry Parties”), including their respective contractors, employees, volunteers, agents and assigns, permission to publish, reproduce, distribute, adapt, display, transmit, alter, edit, make derivative works of and from, vend, sell, license, and/or otherwise use and make available the story/narrative I submitted to EveryCampus on the date hereof along with my name and any photographs and/or images I provided in connection therewith (collectively, the “Story/Narrative Materials”).  I hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the Story/Narrative Materials, including any modifications thereto, any use thereof, and/or anyderivative works therefrom.  

I understand and agree that (i) I do not and will not have any claim to any residuals, royalties or other compensation for any uses of the Story/Narrative Materials, including any derivative worksthereof; and (ii) the Story/Narrative Materials may be used in any and all media, devices or formats now known or later developed for any purpose (commercial and noncommercial) any of the Ministry Parties deems appropriate, including, without limitation, films, videos, print, website, blog, and social media site postings in audio, electronic, or print format, audio and/or video dramatizations, radio programs, and advertising, publicity, and marketing materials to promote the ministry of any of the Ministry Parties.
